Scott Paul Davis biography
Scott Paul Davis, Esq., received his B.S.B.A in Business Administration from the University of Florida and his law degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He worked as a state prosecutor for the Office of the State Attorney for the Third Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he served as the Dixie County Division Chief before founding the Davis Law Group, P.A. in 2001. Mr. Davis has also worked for the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office as a Felony Division Chief.
Mr. Davis has significant trial experience and has represented his family law clients in high-conflict custody cases, divorce cases, and alimony cases. He has represented his criminal defense clients in everything from homicides to DUI cases.
